Refund Policy for Beiizetusaas

At Beiizetusaas, we strive to provide exceptional services through our Platform. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested. The following is our official Refund Policy, which outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to purchases made on our Platform:

1. Non-Refundable Fees

All fees assessed by Beiizetusaas are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Subscription fees for access to the Platform.

- Communication surcharges (such as SMS, MMS, and other communication features).

- Fees for any add-on services or Third-Party Services resold through Beiizetusaas.

Note: You are responsible for all fees incurred, regardless of whether you fully used the services or accessed the Platform during your subscription period.

2. Pre-Paid Services and Minimum Commitment Subscriptions

Some services offered by Beiizetusaas require pre-payment or may include a non-cancellable minimum subscription commitment. These services include, but are not limited to, ad-buying services or other Third-Party Services.

- Pre-paid services: Unused or canceled pre-paid services are non-refundable. In some cases, at Beiizetusaas' sole discretion, account credits may be issued for future services if cancellation is made before the service is fully performed.

- Minimum Commitment Subscriptions: Subscriptions that require a non-cancellable minimum commitment will continue to be billed until the commitment is fulfilled. These services cannot be canceled or refunded before the commitment is met.

3. Refunds for Wallet Credits

If your Platform Account is canceled, terminated, or expired, any funds remaining in your account’s wallet are non-refundable after thirty (30) days. You must request a refund for any wallet credits within this 30-day window. Failure to request a refund within this period will result in forfeiture of any remaining wallet credits.

4. Chargebacks and Disputed Payments

If your payment is declined or if you dispute any charges, Beiizetusaas will attempt to re-process the payment for up to seven (7) business days. If payment cannot be processed within this period, your account may be canceled for non-payment.

For disputes over fees or charges, you must notify Beiizetusaas in writing within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Disputes must be handled reasonably, and you must cooperate diligently to resolve them. Fees must be paid during the dispute period.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Platform Account or by contacting Beiizetusaas support. Once canceled, no refunds will be provided for any remaining subscription period, and you will continue to have access to the Platform until the end of the billing cycle.

Beiizetusaas reserves the right to terminate your subscription for any violations of the Terms of Service. In the event of such termination, no refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period.

6. No Refunds for Unused Services

There are no refunds or credits provided for partially used or unused subscriptions, features, or services. You are solely responsible for any fees incurred as a result of your use or any third-party errors or omissions.

7. Exceptions

Beiizetusaas reserves the right to issue or deny a refund or credit in its sole and absolute discretion, at any time, for any reason. Refunds will only be issued in cases where required by law or at the sole discretion of Beiizetusaas. Any determination regarding refunds made by Beiizetusaas is final.
